We promote artisan producers from Italy and Spain who distill, age, cure, macerate, rest, ferment and manufacture the raw material following natural and traditional methods.
We put time and love into our pizzas, which are the product of a process in which we use flours milled in stone, mother yeast and resting times of up to 72 hours.
This is how we managed to obtain an experience that combines the use of the best ingredients, natural production processes, transgressive pineapple-free creations and the best vibe of a place designed for chaos.

The concept of Frankie seeks to promote artisan producers from Italy and Spain who distill, age, cure, macerate, rest, ferment and manufacture raw material following natural and traditional methods instead of mass production techniques, which results in a healthier product.
